Our Story
A Business Built on Experience
List Ready Land Solutions was founded by Trent Horter, a seasoned land developer and investor who knows firsthand the value — and challenges — of turning raw land into ready-to-sell property.
Trent's Journey
Trent began buying and developing land in 2019. Like many in the space, he quickly encountered a major pain point: finding trustworthy, capable contractors who could deliver quality work on time and on budget. Too often, he dealt with missed deadlines, poor communication, and even outright theft (ask him about the ATV…).
This frustration led to an opportunity. He realized there was a gap in the market for a dependable, strategic connector between developers and qualified land improvement contractors — someone who could streamline the process and bring clarity to a notoriously disjointed system.
From Friction to Framework
What started as a way to solve his own operational headaches has evolved into a clear mission: to help developers, realtors, and landowners find the right contractor for the job — whether that’s clearing a lot, installing driveways, building out a subdivision--or anything in between.
With deep knowledge of both land acquisition and improvement, Trent brings a developer’s eye to every project — helping clients think strategically about what work is worth doing, who should do it, and how to get it done efficiently.

Trent is a proud father of two young children (Riley and Eloise) and husband to his wife of 6 years (Randi). Trent and his family love calling Austin home and have developed a love for the Central Texas region as they have planted their roots here.
Trent is an active real estate developer in addition to owning and operating List Ready Land Solutions.
When he is not working, Trent loves hanging out with family and friends, playing golf and basketball, hiking with his dog Wilson or enjoying all Central Texas has to offer.
