This project involved 15 lots in Lockhart, TX, strategically prepared for market with a comprehensive suite of land improvements. Following completion, 11 of the 15 lots sold with an impressive average of 60 days on market. In comparison, similar properties within a 5-mile radius in November 2024 showed significantly lower performance, with only 5 out of 20 properties sold at an average of 111 days on market, while the remaining 15 properties averaged 86 days.
